The Staff Council’s Quality of Life Committee administered a comprehensive staff survey to 1,569 SPA and EPA Administrative employees during the Fall 2007 semester.  Employees were afforded the opportunity to answer pre-determined questions and provide voluntary feedback regarding their quality of life on campus.  The purpose of the survey was to ascertain areas of employee concerns, identify recurring issues, elicit positive and negative feedback, pinpoint areas which need improvement, and to learn more about employee’s attitudes, experiences, and values.  The Quality of Life Committee will report its findings and recommendations to administrators, Staff Council, and the campus.
